President's Message

Oldenburg Academy Spirit abounds in the halls, in the classrooms, and in our homes, because for the second year in a row, our school was awarded the Indiana Department of Education’s highest honor of a Four Star School! With Freshmen Registration right around the corner, this is the perfect time to share with you the great opportunities OA has to offer!

Oldenburg Academy Spirit also has such a rich tradition of providing academic excellence rooted in the Franciscan tradition. Students are constantly involved in service projects. For example, during Catholic Schools Week, the student body will raise funds for Smile Train. This organization is dedicated to raising money for corrective surgeries for young children born with cleft lip and cleft palate in underprivileged countries. Additionally during CSW, the student body will donate school supplies for children in Appalachia with little or no means.

Let’s pause and give thanks to God for our dedicated faculty and staff, endless list of volunteers, benefactors and our sponsors - the Sisters of St. Francis - for making great things happen in the lives of our students.
