IUPUI Preparing Outstanding Women for Engineering Roles (POWER) Camp
Application Deadline: June 25, 2012
IUPUI is offering a weeklong summer engineering camp for any female student who will be enrolled in high school this coming fall. This camp gives young women the opportunity to explore engineering through hands-on experiences. Dates are July 15-21, 2012 and the deadline for applications is June 25. The cost is $200 and covers all meals, camp events, and housing for the week. For more information, go to

Athletic Training Workshop
Registration Deadline: July 6, 2012
The College of Mount St. Joseph (with Tri-Health, Advanced Pain Solution, and Beacon) is offering a one-day Athletic Training workshop for high school students interested in athletic training, sports medicine, and physical therapy. It is designed to offer an introductory athletic training experience. It includes a mix of classroom instruction and supervised laboratory practice covering emergency management, acute care, stretching, anatomy, nutrition, and taping procedures. The workshop is on July 19, 2012 and costs $50. The registration deadline is July 6. For registration and more information, stop by the guidance office.
CYO Summer Camp

CYO Camp Rancho Framasa in Nashville, Indiana has summer camping opportunities for ages 7-19. Established in 1946 and accredited with the American Camp Association, CYO Camp is an inclusive, residential camp offering 3 and 6 day sessions.
