In the mid to late 1990’s a group of friends came together with the idea of forming an organized group of parents for OA student athletes. The vision was to raise funds solely for the needs of the athletic program, and thus OASIS was born. In the past 20+ years, OASIS parent volunteers have worked numerous events from Cincinnati Reds games to Summer BBQs and much more! They also sold spiritwear, peelers, and held many other fundraising events. The annual Super Bowl Breakfast and Freudenfest booths are still going strong and significant fundraisers for OASIS. Through the years these funds have purchased various sporting equipment, our first school bus, and they are now helping to finance the new Hillenbrand Family FeldHaus.
This team has passed on their vision of love and dedication for Oldenburg Academy and has laid the groundwork for the success of OA’s athletic program. These founding members have taught many the meaning of hard-work and dedication. Without these members and their vision, the athletic program here at Oldenburg Academy wouldn’t be what it is today.

2024 Oasis Hog Roast
The OASIS Athletic Boosters is very excited to be hosting the 4th annual Hog Roast & Drawdown on Saturday, November 5th in the Hillenbrand Family Feldhaus. Over these last 4 years this event has grown from a fundraiser to a FUN-raiser! Thanks to all the efforts of Chris and Laura Grote and OASIS President, Patrick Kolks ‘10, this event has become one of OASIS' biggest events! All food is homemade - from the delicious pulled pork seasoned and smoked by Chris Grote to the delicious cornbread made by Toby Oesterling - you will not leave this event hungry! Dinner starts at 6:30, with the first number being pulled at 7:00. Throughout the night there will be 5 random lucky numbers that will win $100! But you will want to be the last number pulled as you will walk away with the grand prize of $5,000! Second place will also receive $500 and third place will receive $300! During this event you will get to indulge in our famous “Dessert Auction”! All desserts are homemade and donated by parents of our athletic teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to come out and meet more of the OA community and to help OASIS raise funds for various upcoming projects!
Tickets are $100 and will buy you 2 dinners and 1 entry into the raffle. Tickets are currently on sale through Mr. Kolks’ office and the front office of school with Mrs. Gigrich. All checks should be made out to “Oldenburg Academy.”

The OASIS Athletic Boosters will host the 4th annual golf outing on Friday, June 21, 2024 at Hillcrest Golf & Country Club in Batesville, Indiana.
We want to thank Debbie Lamping and the Advancement Team for not only setting the ground-work with the Pro-Am but putting their trust in the OASIS Athletic Boosters to continue the golf outing and make it a success. Your continued support will benefit our wonderful student-athletes of Oldenburg Academy. The OASIS Athletic Boosters provides so much for our athletic teams - equipment, jerseys, facilities, transportation and much more!
